What shops ask us

Offers only exist for the hours you post, and customers can't see your normal calendar. You choose how many quiet hours to post and at what discount, so your normal prices stay normal. And a first visit at a quiet hour is a chance to win a new regular.
What if someone doesn't show up?
Customers can cancel free until 3 hours before. After that, or if they don't come, they pay €5 and €4 of it goes to you. Three no-shows in six months and they're paused for a month.
What if I have to cancel?
Let the customer know in the app as early as you can. They get a €5 credit from us, so please keep it rare.
How do I get paid?
Add your bank details once, through Stripe, our payment provider. Your share of each visit is paid out to you automatically.
